Full job description Bristol (Hybrid) £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience) 6-8 Week Temporary Assignment NetSuite Experience Essential
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join a specialist business operating within the renewable energy and environmental technology sector. This innovative organisation is experiencing a period of growth and requires temporary support to assist with a backlog of invoices and ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a high volume of supplier invoices
*Processing and coding invoices accurately within NetSuite
*Matching purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes
*Investigating and resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepancies
*Monitoring supplier statements and reconciling accounts
*Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
*Supporting month-end activities, including accruals and reporting
*Assisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controls
*Liaising with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues promptly
About You
*Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or Accounts Payable Supervisor position
*Strong working knowledge of NetSuite is essential
*Comfortable managing large invoice volumes in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
*Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
