What you’ll be doing
*Run your own section during prep and service
*Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard

*Assist with stock control and food costing
*Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards
*Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
*Fresh food background
*Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
*Passion for quality ingredients and consistent cooking
