This organisation is committed to delivering excellence and takes great pride in creating an environment where its people are encouraged to collaborate, innovate and grow
Working alongside the Senior HR team, this is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of a range of HR projects and organisational change initiatives. You will provide proactive, solutions-focused HR support, helping to deliver people initiatives that align with the organisation’s operational and strategic objectives.
The role will include acting as the HR advisory lead for people-related projects and organisational change initiatives, contributing to the planning, coordination and delivery of change activities at an operational level. *Produce and interpret HR data and management information to identify trends, support decision-making and inform continuous improvement
The successful candidate will have experience in an HR Business Partnering, HR Advisory or Employee Relations role within a large, complex organisation. You will have supported organisational change, restructures or people-focused projects and be confident providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice. Strong analytical skills are important, with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends and use insights to support decision-making and improve outcomes. My client is looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
