Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: £39,500 Package (including Tronc)

What you’ll be doing
*Run your own section during prep and service
*Prepare fresh dishes to a consistently high standard
*Work with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
*Support menu development and daily specials
*Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards
*Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
*Fresh food experience in a busy kitchen
*Organised, reliable, and a team player
*Passion for quality ingredients and modern cooking
