Description
*Lead organisational development and culture programmes aligned to business objectives.
*Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and employee experience activity across the organisation.
*Act as lead for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, supporting the ongoing evolution of the EDI agenda.
*Partner with senior stakeholders to build organisational and leadership capability.
*Manage employee listening activity, engagement surveys and action planning processes.
*Lead change and transformation projects from design through to implementation and embedding.
*Support talent, succession and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capability.
*Utilise workforce insights and people data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Profile
*A strong background in organisational development, employee engagement and culture change.
*Experience leading EDI, employee experience or organisational effectiveness programmes.
*Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver organisation-wide initiatives.
*Experience using workforce data and employee insight to drive improvements.
*Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
*The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
*Relevant HR, organisational development or people-related qualifications.
