Elevation Tech and Transformation are working with an ambitious, growing professional services organisation that’s investing heavily in transformation across technology, operations and customer experience.
This is a newly created opportunity within an expanding Business Transformation team where you’ll help establish project management best practice while delivering a varied portfolio of business change initiatives.
Rather than inheriting mature governance, you’ll play a key role in creating it.
You’ll coordinate multiple projects, build plans, manage RAID logs, keep stakeholders aligned and make sure projects continue moving forward.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership while also supporting teams across the wider business.
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has experience managing business change projects
*Is highly organised and naturally structured
*Enjoys building governance and improving ways of working
*Is confident working with senior stakeholders
*Can thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve
*Wants genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape how projects are delivered

Hybrid working with 2 days per week in either Hull or Leeds.
