A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its busy Commercial Property Department based in Coventry. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
*Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
*Commercial leases.
*Business lease renewals.
*Contract drafting.
*Property-related dispute resolution.
*Other commercial property transactions.
*Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.
*Managing files effectively from instruction through to completion.
*Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Supporting business development activities, including marketing and networking.
*Identifying opportunities to develop new business.
*Working with case management systems to maintain accurate and compliant records.
*Applying strong risk management skills across all matters.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing a busy caseload.
Requirements
*Qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
*Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Property.
*Extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial property matters.
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
*Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office packages.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
*Exemplary client care skills.
*Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
*Ability to work proactively and manage responsibilities independently.
