A well-established specialist property law firm based in Central London is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to become part of a highly regarded practice that focuses exclusively on property matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property transactions while working alongside experienced property specialists in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Lease extensions and enfranchisement (desirable but not essential)
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
*Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have:
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years pqe
*Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters independently
*Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*A proactive, commercial and solution-focused approach
*The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service
