We are urgently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our client’s team in Exmouth. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a supportive environment, assisting a partner and her team in residential conveyancing. This position does not require managing your own caseload but focuses on supporting the existing team.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist the partner and the conveyancing team in managing the documentation and processes involved in residential conveyancing.
*Prepare and handle legal documents related to property transactions.
*Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
*Support the team in administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
*Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations in all conveyancing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Conveyancing Assistant.
*Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work effectively within a team.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
