About the Role*As an IT Digital Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:
*Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across IT and Digital programmes, including T Level provision,
*Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements,
*Support learners in developing technical knowledge, digital skills, and workplace readiness,
*Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback,
*Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and employer partners to enhance the learner experience.
What We’re Looking For*Experience within the IT and Digital sector,
*Knowledge of areas such as networking, cybersecurity, software development, data, or digital technologies,
*Strong communication and organisational skills,
*A passion for supporting and developing learners,
*A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable,
*A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
