Job Description:
Full job descriptionRobert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Travel and Tourism business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Accounts assistant for 12 months on a fixed term basis.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Accounts Assistant to assist them for 12 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
*Support the day-to-day finance function across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
*Process a high volume of supplier and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
*Code invoices and obtain the relevant approvals in line with company procedures.
*Carry out supplier and customer account reconciliations.
*Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and vendor queries.
*Process payments and assist with sales invoicing.
*Support finance activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
*Assist with general finance administration and contribute to the smooth running of the finance department.
Profile:
The successful interim Accounts Assistant will have 6 months years experience
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
Salary & Benefits:
This role is paying between £28-31k pro rata
