Are you an experienced Area Manager looking for your next opportunity in hospitality?
We’re recruiting an Area Manager to join a growing hospitality business, leading multiple locations and supporting high-performing General Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Area Manager who enjoys coaching teams, driving performance, and building a positive culture across a multi-site operation.
As Area Manager, you’ll work closely with your General Managers to develop talent, improve operational performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience as an Area Manager or multi-site leader within hospitality, QSR, or retail.
*A passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.
*Strong commercial awareness with a people-first leadership style.
*The ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams across multiple sites.
*A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
