Description
*Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business goals.
*Partner with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and opportunities.
*Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
*Analyse market trends to inform strategic purchasing decisions.
*Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
*Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics.
*Support contract negotiation and management processes.
*Provide guidance on procurement best practices to internal teams.
Profile
A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:
*Experience in a public sector procurement environment with exposure to end to end processes
*Understanding of PA23 regs
*Proficiency in analysing data to support informed decision-making.
*Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
