Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE
Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across public buildings and facilities.
This is a hands on role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring communal areas, washrooms and other facilities are kept clean, safe and presentable for residents, staff and visitors.
Responsibilities*Cleaning offices, communal areas and public facilities
*Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
*Cleaning and sanitising washrooms and replenishing supplies
*Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
*Dusting and wiping surfaces
*Reporting maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns
*Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
*Working as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards
Requirements*Reliable, punctual and hardworking
*Good attention to detail
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Good timekeeping and attendance record
*Able to carry out physical duties, including standing and lifting where required
*Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience would be beneficial but is not essential
*Understanding of health and safety procedures is advantageous
