Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE
Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support operational and maintenance teams across various sites and public areas.
This is a physically demanding role that involves working outdoors and assisting with a range of manual tasks. You’ll play an important part in helping to maintain safe, clean and well presented environments for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities*Carrying out general labouring duties
*Assisting tradespeople and maintenance teams as required
*Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment
*Site clearance and keeping work areas clean and tidy
*Supporting maintenance, environmental and improvement projects
*Following health and safety procedures at all times
*Reporting hazards, defects and safety concerns
*Using tools and equipment safely and correctly
*Working as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements*Reliable, punctual and hardworking
*Able to carry out physically demanding work
*Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Good understanding of health and safety practices
*Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential
*Previous labouring, construction, grounds maintenance or similar experience would be advantageous
