Full job descriptionWe are seeking an additional Service Controller/Administration to administer planned and reactive works for one of our major national service contracts.
This role will be based at our Coventry head office and offers an excellent opportunity to join our long established and continually expanding business.
Outline Job Description:
· Working within the existing team, to support our service delivery for a major national contract
· Coordinating response to emergency callouts
· Scheduling & organising reactive remedial works
· Promptly answer all incoming departmental calls
· Administering & updating our service portal and revenue forecast
· Actioning all customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required
· Liaising efficiently with customers, service engineers
· Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders
· Raising service invoices
· Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems
· General office administration duties, as required by the business
· Ensuring adherence to all company procedures, policies & procedures




Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:


· Liaise with service manager to ensure cover of work and take instructions
· Have an eye for detail and keep meticulous notes
· Passionate about delivering service excellence
· Understanding of pricing & costing a service job
· Ability to work within a team, as well as being self-motivated
· Ability to think out of the box and have initiative, analytical and local problem solver
· Ability to work under pressure, often with tight or changing timescales
Applicants must be reliable, punctual, good team players and have good communication & IT skills.
Knowledge & experience within the catering ventilation and air conditioning is desirable, although experience in a related engineering our service delivery field would also be considered
