Description
*Prepare management accounts and financial reports
*Assist in preparing and monitoring the budgeting and forecasting process
*Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
*Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
*Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
*Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes
*Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required by senior management


Profile
*Qualified or qualified by experience
*Previous hands-on experience in a management accounts role
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
*Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
*Strong drive for personal and professional success
*A keen interest in AI and automation. Experience with PowerBI/Query and Claude are beneficial
