Are you an experienced and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming primary school?
We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive primary school in Ellesmere Port seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and making a positive impact in the classroom.
The Role
As an Experienced Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
*Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
*Help create an engaging, inclusive and positive learning environment.
*Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence and academic progress.
*Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.
*Provide additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
*Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
*Has previous experience working within a primary school setting.
*Is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.
*Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
*Is patient, adaptable and committed to helping every child succeed.
*Has experience supporting children with SEN (desirable).
