Position: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Sherburn in Elmet.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company offering long-term work, full training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operating production machinery in line with company procedures
*Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
*Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues
*Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
*Loading raw materials into machinery and removing finished products
*Recording production information accurately
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
*Supporting other production areas when required
Requirements:
*Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
*A good understanding of health and safety procedures
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
*Good level of literacy and numeracy
