Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur Client are looking for Cleaners/Caretakers to work on a temporary basis at residential developments across London.
Working hours will vary dependant on the Client, typically around the hours of 8am - 4pm.
Salary ranges from £13.00 per hour - £13.85 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday pay per hour)
Duties include:
*Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
*Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
*Undertaking regular building patrols.
*Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.
*Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the building at all times.
*To inspect and clean all internal communal areas including windows and surfaces, ledges doors and skirtings.
*General cleaning duties of communal areas (subject but not limited to: gym area, lifts, communal landings, corridors and stairwells
*Vacuum and mop the floors of communal areas.
*Empty, clean and replace bins and pick up any litter
