Full job descriptionJob Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £20,000 + uncapped commission + company benefits
Hours: Monday – Saturday – day off in the week – Sunday on rota

Join our client’s family-run dealership in Basingstoke as a Car Sales Executive – a modern, customer-focused dealership offering a full range of new and used vehicles, and a proud partner of the Motability Scheme.
What You’ll Do as a Sales Executive:
*Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry to handover
*Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
*Guide customers through the full sales process with a consultative, helpful approach
*Sell both new and used vehicles
*Meet and exceed sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport-building
*Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
*Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail/customer service role
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
*A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed
*A full UK driving licence is essential
