Are you looking to gain valuable experience working within Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Whether you’re a university student, graduate, aspiring teacher, psychologist, speech and language therapist, or simply looking for flexible work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a variety of specialist settings, supporting children and young people with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and other additional needs. Every day is different, allowing you to develop your skills while making a positive impact.
The Role:*Flexible supply work to fit around your studies or other commitments
*Opportunities to work in a variety of SEN Special Schools
*Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and within the classroom
*Assisting with learning, communication, behaviour, and personal development
*Build experience across different age groups and SEN settings
We’re Looking For:*A genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs
*Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
*A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*Right to work in the UK
