Learning Support Assistant - Hackney, East London
Prospero Teaching is recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a highly regarded secondary school in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs.
Role Details*Location: Hackney, East London
*Start: September 2026
*Contract: Full-time, ongoing
*Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
The Role*Provide 1:1 and small-group support
*Support students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other SEN
*Work closely with teachers to improve engagement and progress
*Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
Requirements*Degree preferred
*Experience working with children or young people desirable
*Passion for education and supporting student development
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*Valuable experience in a successful secondary school setting
Eligibility*Right to Work in the UK
