Location: Windsor Area (Hybrid)
A large-scale, multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join its established payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with experience operating in a high-volume environment and leading a team of 2+ payroll administrators.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise end-to-end payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
*Lead, coach, and develop a team of payroll professionals.
*Act as the first escalation point for complex payroll, pension, and compliance queries.
*Review payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*Produce payroll reporting and KPI information for stakeholders.
*Support process improvements and payroll-related projects.
About You
*Proven Payroll Supervisor experience within a large, multi-site organisation.
*Experience working in a high-volume payroll environment.
*Track record of leading and developing teams of 2 or more employees.
*Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, and pensions.
*Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
