Location: Windsor Area (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
A large-scale, multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations within a complex, high-volume environment. This role is ideally suited to a ready-made payroll professional with strong iTrent expertise and a proven track record of managing payroll teams and driving process improvements.


Key Responsibilities
*Lead and develop a small payroll team.
*Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
*Manage HMRC, RTI, pension administration, and statutory reporting.
*Drive payroll process improvements and system enhancements.
*Partner with HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders.
*Produce payroll reporting, KPIs, and audit information.
About You
*Proven Payroll Manager experience within a large, multi-site organisation.
*Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
*Experience managing payroll in a high-volume environment.
*Advanced iTrent experience.
*Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Excel skills.
*Ability to lead change and improve payroll processes.
