THIS ROLE IS 100% OFFICE BASED
We are seeking an Estate Agent , Lettings Negotiator to join our clients growing team in Mansfield, working in a very busy lettings department your day will be varied and fun.
As a key player in their lettings team, you will be responsible for booking property viewings, negotiating contracts, taking tenants references and ensuring all documents are updated, gaining new leads via 75% incoming enquires.
What do you need as an Estate Agent , Lettings Negotiator:
*No Experience required but must have with a good work ethic and enthusiasm to learn
*High level of customer service
*Good telephone manner and a positive attitude
*Able to commute to Mansfield daily
*Valid drivers licence
*Excellent presentation
What to expect as an Estate Agent , Lettings Negotiator
*Earn £30k+ OTE
*Minimum £470 per month Commission, rising .
*Additional bonus for selling other products
*Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30 and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9-1
*Career development and training
*Commission from DAY 1
