VisionFR is recruiting an Accounts Assistant on behalf of an outsourced accountancy firm for creative agencies based in central London. The Accounts Assistant, will play a crucial role in supporting the senior finance team. You will handle various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions.


Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
*Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage payments.
*Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients/vendors.
General Ledger Maintenance:
*Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
Bank Reconciliations:
*Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Expense Management:
*Review employee expense reports and process reimbursements.
Assist with Audits:
*Provide necessary documentation during audits.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
*Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.


Accounts Assistant Key Attributes Required:
*Prior experience in an accounting role
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Experience with Xero or Paprika
*Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills
