Job Description:
Full job descriptionA law enforcement organisation based in Winchester is seeking a proactive and organised Business Change Support Coordinator to join the Business Improvement Team (BIT).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting business improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of policing services. You’ll work alongside managers, stakeholders, and project teams to coordinate change activity, analyse information, develop procedures, and help deliver meaningful improvements across the organisation.

This is an initial 3-month contract position based in Winchester with hybrid working available, the hourly rate for the position is £15.72 per hour + holiday and benefits. The successful candidate will be required to go through the relevant police vetting for the position.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Change Support Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the Business Improvement Team by:
*Coordinating and supporting business change and improvement initiatives.
*Providing administrative support, advice, and guidance to management teams on business improvement activities.
*Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse information that supports effective decision-making.
*Producing a range of professional documentation including reports, procedures, process maps, presentations, flowcharts, agendas, and action logs.
*Researching and evaluating opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiencies.
*Producing management reports and recommendations for consideration and implementation.
*Supporting the development and delivery of change initiatives through clear procedures and guidance documents.
*Collecting, analysing, and presenting data to support business improvement activities.
*Reviewing existing processes and procedures to identify best practice and innovative solutions.
*Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with Force policies, procedures, GDPR, and information management requirements.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working within a busy administrative or office-based environment.
*Experience communicating and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Experience creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, reports, diagrams, or process documentation.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly and professionally.
