My client is a well-established and reputable business, known for delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and busy team in Downham Market.
Your New Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring customers receive an outstanding service. You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, handling enquiries, and building positive relationships with customers while supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*Managing sales orders from receipt through to completion.
*Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
*Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
*Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM/database systems.
*Producing quotations, reports, and sales-related documentation.
*Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties.
*Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries where appropriate.
*Assisting with stock and delivery queries.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
*Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, Order Processing, or similar administrative role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
*A proactive and positive approach to work.
*Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
