Full job description Marketplace & Ecommerce Lead

We’re working with a long-established UK business that’s investing heavily in the continued growth of its ecommerce and marketplace channels.
Operating across multiple recognised consumer brands, the business sells through major online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and several leading retail partners, making digital trading a key area of future growth.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketplace operations, ensuring products are accurately listed, competitively priced and commercially optimised across multiple channels.
You’ll work across marketplace trading, product onboarding, pricing, product data, advertising and performance analysis whilst supporting ongoing marketplace expansion.
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
* Marketplace Management (Amazon, eBay, or similar)

* Ecommerce Operations or Digital Trading

* Managing product information, listings and marketplace data

* Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP desirable)

* Pricing, margin analysis and commercial decision making

* Marketplace advertising, sponsored listings or promotional campaigns

* Product onboarding, catalogue management or feed optimisation

* Monitoring marketplace performance and resolving listing or order issues

* A highly organised, detail-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills

* Confident collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and Operations teams

* Previous experience mentoring or supporting colleagues would be advantageous
