Monday-Friday | 3:00pm-11:00pm

We’re looking for motivated and reliable Yard Operatives to join the team at BCA Fleet Solutions in Thurleigh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced automotive environment, handling a wide range of vehicles while gaining valuable experience with a market-leading organisation.
If you enjoy working outdoors, are confident driving different vehicles, and take pride in delivering high standards, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Moving and parking vehicles safely around the site
- Managing vehicle movements across the yard and operational areas
- Conducting basic vehicle condition checks
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the yard
- Following all health and safety procedures


What We’re Looking For
Full UK Driving Licence
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual approach to work
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong team-working skills
Confidence driving a variety of vehicles
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
Successful candidates must be able to provide:
