Description

*Litigation and dispute management
*Data protection and compliance
*Franchising and franchisee support
*M&A integration and business acquisitions
*Strategic risk management and governance
Profile
A qualified solicitor with proven experience in Corporate/Commercial law and providing varied support to in-house stakeholders. You will be happy operating independently and with autonomy in a fast paced and changeable environment.
