Oakley Hill has been appointed to identify commercially experienced individuals interested in establishing their own business through a well-established franchise model.
This opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy working with people, solving problems and helping businesses succeed, while building a rewarding business for themselves.
This is not a salaried position. It is an opportunity to own and develop your own business, supported by an experienced organisation with a proven model, comprehensive training and ongoing support.


The Opportunity
Working with owners of small and medium-sized businesses, you’ll help clients identify opportunities, overcome challenges and improve business performance.
You’ll build long-term relationships with local businesses, providing practical guidance, support and accountability while developing your own client portfolio.
From day one, you’ll have access to established systems, proven processes and experienced support, allowing you to focus on growing your business with confidence.


About You
We’re interested in hearing from commercially minded people from a wide range of backgrounds.
You may currently be, or have previously been:
A business owner
A managing director or senior manager
An accountant or finance professional
An HR or people professional
A sales or business development specialist
A consultant or advisor
An operations or project manager
A training or learning and development professional
Previous business coaching experience isn’t essential. More important is your ability to build trust, communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with business owners.


You’ll also be someone who is:
Commercially aware and self-motivated
Comfortable networking and generating new business
Organised and professional
Keen to continue learning and developing
Looking to build a business with long-term potential
