The role of the Contracts Manager - Fenestration will involve:
*Contracts Manager position dealing with various commercial new-build window & fenestration projects across the South with a focus on Social Housing contracts
*Dairy can be varied with office and field based hours, covering the South
*Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements
*Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays
*Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations
*Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning
*Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs
*Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures
The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager - Fenestration with:
*Must have Contracts Management experience within the fenestration sector
*Highly advantageous to have social housing contracts management experience
*May be open to an experienced Contracts Manager within the building products sector
*Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
*Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
*Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
*IT literate (Microsoft Office)
*Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills
*Ability to work as part of a team
