Cambridge | Hybrid Working | 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract

A prestigious, internationally recognised organisation is seeking an experienced finance leader to head its Business Partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis function during a significant enterprise-wide finance transformation programme.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of senior finance professionals, driving the development of a modern FP&A capability, strengthening business partnering across a complex, devolved organisation, and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality financial insight and planning

Key responsibilities include:*Leading the organisation’s FP&A and finance business partnering functions
*Acting as a trusted adviser to executive and operational leaders on financial performance and strategy
*Supporting a major finance transformation programme, including an ERP implementation
*Overseeing long-range financial planning, forecasting, modelling and management reporting
*Driving the development of business cases, investment appraisal and financial governance frameworks
*Leading and developing a sizeable, multi-layered finance community through change and transformation
