DENSO Marston Ltd, based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, is part of the global DENSO Corporation, a world leader in advanced automotive technology. We manufacture high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules for OEMs across the off-highway, construction and agricultural sectors.
We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to support our production operation. Working across a varied range of manufacturing equipment, you’ll diagnose faults, complete planned maintenance and help improve machinery reliability within a busy manufacturing environment.
Working Hours & Benefits
Alternating Shifts
Week 1
*Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
*Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am
Week 2
*Monday – Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
*Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
*Diagnose, fault-find and repair manufacturing equipment
*Respond to production breakdowns safely and effectively
*Complete preventative maintenance and equipment improvements
*Interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings
*Work across both legacy and modern manufacturing machinery
*Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS
*Support continuous improvement initiatives
*Promote high standards of safety and housekeeping
Essential Experience & Qualifications
*Time served engineering apprenticeship
*Minimum ONC, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
*At least two years’ manufacturing maintenance experience
*Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills
*PLC fault-finding experience
*Experience maintaining production machinery
*Root cause analysis and reliability improvement experience
*Able to work independently or within a team
Required Skills
*Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
*Logical approach to troubleshooting
*Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems
*Safe systems of work and isolation procedures
*Good communication and organisational skills
