Our client is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator. This is an opportunity to join one of the most successful Estate Agents in the West Bridgford location, who thrive on providing excellent customer service and delivering first class results.

The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales and maximising all potential revenue. Based in West Bridgford, a candidate with strong market knowledge would be ideal.

This role is for an existing Sales Negotiator, with a proven track record of achieving KPI’s and targets . You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver first-class service, every time you represent the company. You will be enthusiastic, keen, and genuine, and be looking to progress your career within a successful Estate Agency.

The skills required for the Sales Negotiator role will include:
*Experienced residential estate agent - advantageous
