Full job description*£25-30k Basic
*£100k OTE
*Minimal weekends
Very excited to be working on this Senior Letting Negotiator role.
Our client needs a calm, collected head who can pick up in an ultra fast-paced market and environment without letting standards slip across the huge predominantly managed portfolio.
This company will give you a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and earn some serious money too.
You will have no shortage of stock and you will need to be travelling all over London showing the wide-ranging portfolio.
Package details:
£25-30k Basic - £30k is 3 years experience
Commission is 30-50% of the weekly rent
Highest earner clearing £100k
Office in Victoria
After 1 year employment added to bonus pool
9.30-6pm Mon-Fri
1 in 4 Saturdays
