Description
*Lead the delivery and execution of treasury advisory engagements for private equity-backed and corporate clients.
*Build and develop relationships with financial sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate organisations to support long-term growth.
*Manage advisory projects from data gathering and analysis through to strategic recommendations, ensuring high-quality client delivery.
*Collaborate with and mentor internal consultants and external partners, promoting best practice, efficiency, and successful project outcomes.
*Develop and enhance treasury consulting methodologies, analytical frameworks, and scalable solutions to improve service delivery.
*Support the automation of treasury solutions by working with technology partners to implement workflow, governance, and decision-support tools.




Profile
A successful Treasury Consultant should have:
*5+ years’ experience across treasury, working capital, or a related corporate finance environment, with a strong understanding of treasury operations.
*Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored treasury solutions.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Degree educated in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline, with advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
*A willingness to travel, a proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to develop within treasury consulting. Additional European or Asian language skills are advantageous.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £110,000 per annum.
*Annual bonus of up to 40%.
