Area to be covered: National with a focus on London & South East
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000

The role of the Estimator – Interior Fit-Out will involve:
*Predominately an Estimator role with additional commercial manager duties, dealing with a range of interior fit-out projects covering: partitions, furniture, ceilings, fit-out
*Gain an understanding of project requirements through drawings, specifications, tender documents and client liaison
*Analyse project plans and perform quantity take-offs to accurately estimate labour, material, equipment and subcontractor costs
*Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
*Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions and proposals in line with client requirements
*Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the estimating process
*Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, pricing information and project documentation
*Support cost control initiatives and prepare reports for management review and decision-making
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Interior Fit-Out with:
*Must have Estimating or Commercial Management experience
*Must come from a contracting fit-out background or a manufacture of partitions, ceilings, furniture or closely related
*Highly advantageous to have experience with Microsoft Project
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Capable of building and maintaining long term relationships with clients
*Resilient, hardworking attitude
*Full UK driving license
*Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
