An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor with 1-6 years’ post-qualification experience to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm. This role offers the chance to become part of a supportive and collaborative residential property team, handling a varied caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, working alongside experienced colleagues in a professional and friendly environment with excellent opportunities for ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
*Handling a range of transactions including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
*Remortgages.
*Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction process.
*Managing workload effectively to achieve agreed performance targets.
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including SRA regulations.
*Working efficiently within a case management system.
*Keeping up to date with developments in residential property law, conveyancing practice, and regulatory requirements.
*Ensuring all matters comply with current best practice and quality standards.
*Maintaining accurate file records and documentation throughout each transaction.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued success of the department.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
*Qualified Solicitor with 1–6 years’ PQE in Residential Property.
*Proven experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently.
*Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
*A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
