Full job descriptionREED Business Support are pleased to be working with a Global Logistics Company, who are looking to recruit a ’Customer Service Advisor’ on a Temporary Contract.
The Customer Service Consultant is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and coordinating services throughout the full service lifecycle, from initial enquiry through quotation, booking, execution, and completion. The role ensures the smooth planning and delivery of services by coordinating activities across multiple internal teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Details:
Working Hours – Mon – Friday (8 hour Shifts Between 7am – 9pm)
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Temporary Contract: 12 months (Temp to Perm)
Location – Edinburgh
Starting Date - ASAP
