Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, well-established business looking to add a talented Digital Marketing Exec/ Paid Search Executive to their marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Google Ads experience who wants to join a collaborative environment and continue developing their digital marketing career.
You’ll take ownership of paid search campaigns, driving performance through optimisation, analysis and strategic improvements while working alongside a wider marketing team.
The Role*Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
*Monitor budgets, bids and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
*Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy and carry out A/B testing.
*Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and provide actionable insights.
*Produce regular performance reports and recommendations.
*Support wider digital marketing activity where required.
About You*Commercial experience managing Google Ads campaigns is essential.
*Strong understanding of PPC best practices and campaign optimisation.
*Experience using Google Analytics (GA4).
*Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
*Confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
Desirable*Agency experience.
*Microsoft Ads experience.
*Google Ads certifications.
*Exposure to other areas of marketing.
