An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in Holloway as a Property Photographer, Videographer & Floor Plan Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised property professional with a passion for photography, videography and visual marketing. You’ll play a key role in showcasing residential properties to the highest standard, helping to maximise enquiries and deliver outstanding marketing campaigns.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across the company’s property portfolio, ensuring every property is presented professionally across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
*Photographing residential properties to a high professional standard
*Producing high-quality property videos and virtual tours
*Creating accurate floor plans
*Editing photographs and videos for marketing purposes
*Uploading and managing property media across portals and internal systems
*Working closely with Sales and Lettings teams to ensure properties are marketed quickly and effectively
*Managing your own diary and appointments across multiple branch locations
*Ensuring all equipment is maintained and presentation standards remain consistently high
*Supporting social media and digital marketing content where required
About You
*Previous experience in property photography and videography
*Experience producing accurate floor plans
*Strong photography and video editing skills
*Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar editing software
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Creative eye with exceptional attention to detail
*Professional, personable and confident when meeting clients
*Ability to work independently and manage a busy diary
*Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are essential
