28 days including bank holidays
Any 5 out of 7 Days, 8:30 am – 5:30pm (There will be an expectation to attend industry events in the evenings and weekends so hours may vary)

What You’ll Do:
*To assist the Senior Operations Managers / Culinary Director with the management and delivery of all aspects of the venue and catering operations while ensuring an excellent client relationship is maintained and developed.
*Ensure the continued strategic development of the events offer, proactively identifying the needs of the business and embed processes it should take to succeed.
*Compliance with all Statutory Law with regard to Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Security protocols.

Management
*Manage the onsite relationships with our venue clients.
*Plan and deliver events across the venues as required. Liaising with the onsite client on finalising event details post confirmation of event. Placing all orders with suppliers and updating staffing requirements. Where necessary liaise with warehouse for kit and beverage requirements.
*Manage the onsite stock and ensure that the kit is presentable and kept in sufficient quantities to be able to deliver the required events.
*Attend weekly pre-events meetings as well as Seasoned Ops Meetings.
*Always manage the integrity and fabric of the venues especially in the planning, delivery and de-rig of all livery, corporate and private events.
*Ensuring that risk assessments are consistently adhered to.
*Responsible for the direction, supervision and discipline of all suppliers, catering and staff whilst onsite.
*Identifying and addressing training needs for staff. Liaising with staffing agencies to ensure that Seasoned standards are adhered to including dress code.
*Ensure that the personal development of casual variable and agency staff are monitored to maximise their benefit to the business.
*To deliver personal and department KPI’s.
*Manage and keep up to date the SOP manual for the venues.
*Contribute towards continuous development of the business and work alongside the venues to realise ongoing improvements in facilities, procedures and working arrangements.
*Ensure all orders are placed, processed and booked off within the required timeframes through the companies system, using the supply chain.
Sales, Customers and Client
*Ensuring a high standard of service and customer service is delivered.
*Attend sales/operational site visits when required.
*Recommend modifications to systems and practices to improve customer experience.
*Day to day liaison with the clients, ensuring good relationships.
*Support Sales / Customer Services as required.
*Negotiate prices that are mutually beneficial.
*Maximise sales opportunities.
Communication
*Attend client, management and staff meetings, managing all food tastings.
*Communicate internal/externally with clients and team, verbally face to face and in writing.
*Communicate with senior operational venue management
Health and Safety
*Responsible for all health, safety and hygiene, relating to the event catering operations pre- event and onsite.
*Ensure all documentation is up to date as required by law.
*Ensure all Site-Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements for both catering and contractors are completed as required by the company policy.
*Train and document health and safety policies to staff.
*Ensure compliance to company ISO accreditations.
Finance Reporting and Planning
*Responsible for security and accuracy of all cash floats and stock sheets.
*Ensure staffing levels are controlled to always ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness as per budgets.
*Company procedures on ordering of goods are followed.
Human Resources
*Ensure that staff adhere to current legislation when required liaising with HR.
*All company policies and procedures to be followed.
*Responsible for ensuring that staff are motivated, appraised and trained.
General and Other Duties
*· Undertake any reasonable duties as dictated by either the Senior Management.
