Main Responsibilities*Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
*Provide targeted support to students individually and in small groups.
*Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
*Support students with their academic, social, and emotional needs.
*Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a welcoming classroom environment.
*Prepare resources and assist with daily classroom organisation.
*Work collaboratively with staff to support student progress.
Person Specification*Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
*A genuine passion for supporting students and improving outcomes.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
*Right to work in the UK.
