Working Hours: 07:00 – 19:00, 4 days on / 4 days off
Residential Host / Concierge | £30,500 PA | East London | Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Host / Concierge
*Deliver a premium hospitality experience for all residents, guests, and visitors.
*Manage front desk logistics, secure parcel logging, and key distribution.
*Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure amenity spaces and lounges look pristine.
*Execute vital building safety checks, fire alarm tests, and log keeping.
*Log maintenance requests on the digital platform and coordinate contractor access.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in Build-to-Rent properties is a must for this role.
*A professional Residential Concierge with a strong background in customer service.
*Proficiency utilizing property management software and digital access systems.
*Comfortable working a rolling shift pattern of 12-hour days on a four-day cycle.
*Strong organization to enforce health, safety, and visual standards.
