GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be supporting a highly respected Worcester based law firm recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join our growing and ambitious team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor who can manage a varied commercial property caseload independently while delivering exceptional client service. We are open to candidates with more senior experience—the key requirement is the ability to undertake high-quality commercial property work with minimal supervision.
The Role:
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Commercial acquisitions and disposals
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Commercial leases
*Property development work
*Refinancing and secured lending transactions
*General commercial property advice for a diverse client base
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
*Able to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently.
*Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
*Excellent client care and communication skills.
*A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
