NXTGEN are working with a growing Accountancy Practice to recruit an Accounts Assistant into their expanding team. What you’ll be doing:*Preparing year end accounts for a varied client portfolio
*Preparing VAT returns and supporting bookkeeping
*Assisting with corporation tax and personal tax computations
*Building strong client relationships and responding to day to day queries
*Working alongside senior team members on a range of accounts and advisory work
What we’re looking for:*Previous experience within a UK accountancy practice
*AAT qualified, studying towards AAT, ACCA or ACA, or qualified by experience
*Experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero
*A positive attitude and genuine ambition to continue developing your career
