Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our client’s growing team in Braintree.
Responsibilities
*Handling materials efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and stock organisation
*Managing shipping and receiving processes
*Utilising warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update records
*Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
*Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
*Supporting overall warehouse operations to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
*Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
*Knowledge of materials handling techniques and warehouse management systems is advantageous
*SAP system knowledge is advantageous
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and quality control
*Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
